The chain isn’t real, but the swagger is.

Byron Del Rosario is a Group Creative Director with over fifteen years of Ad Industry experience. He’s been lucky enough to run beloved brands like Reebok and Frito-Lay and work on a range of industries from tech to automotive to finance to cpg. His work has been recognized by Cannes and One Show, and more importantly, his Parents’ Refrigerator. A people-first person, Byron takes great pride in not only making creative work but managing creative teams and fostering their careers.

As a Filipino-American and minority in the industry, ensuring that his ideas and those of other minority groups are received are one of his top priorities. He is a consistent voice and presence for making sure that DEI ideals are incorporated at every stage of an idea. Whether it be sensitivities, insights, production or representation, he believes in using the little sway that he has in promoting work that better reflects the ever-changing American landscape.

Throughout his stint, he’s been even luckier to be raising five kids— Nathan, Hannah, Luke, Bella and Mateo. And double luckier to be married to his wife, Kat, who supports him making the things that he makes: ads, photos, designs, illustrations, messes, and coffee. The combination of family, some decent art instincts, a wide, but shallow knowledge of pop culture paired with life experience shape his positive perspective in the industry.

He’d like to thank you for coming by to check out his site and his weak attempt at writing in the third person. If you have any questions, comments or just want to get in touch, feel free to contact him/me via the links below.
